Enzo Caputo, Swiss Attorney at Law, founded the law firm Swissbankinglaw.ch in 2006. Swissbankinglaw.ch is an international boutique law firm coordinated by Enzo Caputo. The team of professionals is composed by experienced lawyers, bankers, tax specialists and accountants helping foreign investors to solve their banking problems in Switzerland. We provide legal, tax, fiduciary and corporate services for High Net Worth Individuals and asset managers, the most of it domiciled outside Switzerland.
Enzo Caputo is the president and owner of PB Compliance AG. He is managing the compliance service unit.
PB Compliance AG, sets up and successfully runs operational Swiss regulated asset management companies for foreign domiciled asset managers.
Between 2005 and 2006 he was partner in a law firm in Zurich. 2004 and 2005 he was CEO of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM-Regulator for Asset Managers). Between 1999 and 2004 he was responsible for the legal & compliance dept. with Banca Commerciale Italiana (Suisse). Before he was vice president with a UBS group bank acting as compliance officer and international tax specialist setting up family foundations and off-shore structures for HNWI.
1986 Mr. Caputo graduated from the law school at the University of Zurich. He passed his bar exam at the High Court of the Canton Zurich to be admitted as attorney at law. 2001 he post graduate in Compliance Management at the HWS School of Business and Banking Institute of Financial Services. He is a Swiss and Italian citizen. Language skills in German, Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
